The Arizona DeMolay Foundation provides direct program funding support of DeMolay International's operations in Arizona-called the Jurisdiction of Arizona-through both a state-level program and a system of regionally-focused chapters. 

Together these young people (ages 12-21) plan and execute an ambitious yearly program; including sports tournaments, public speaking competitions, philanthropic projects, leadership trainings, and public relations, that prepare them for the rigors of today and tomorrow's civic and business communities. 

All of the Jurisdiction’s programs are selected, promoted, and organized by the young men, and are executed through a detailed project-planning and budgeting process that is rooted in standard business practices, and an earnest desire to promote personal development.
