The Arizona DeMolay Foundation is a tax-deductible 501(c)(3)
not-for-profit corporation, chartered on February 29, 1972, under the laws
of the state of Arizona.

All of its Board, Officers and Members are
volunteers, committed to providing direct financial support for DeMolay
International's youth development activities in Arizona. As a result of the
on-going support of the Foundation, young men in DeMolay, between the ages
of 12 and 21 years of age, develop the skills and confidence to be better
sons, better students, better citizens and ultimately better adult leaders
in our communities.
 

The Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt​

organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code. Contributions to the
Foundation are deductible, when computing taxable net income.
