Friendship
The DeMolay Squires program brings together boys from all over the community to create positive interactions and friendships that are real, in-person, and built on a strong moral foundation.

Our members interact at Squire meetings and fun social activities, uniting members with all varieties of backgrounds, from sports to Cub Scouts, from musicians to gamers.

We teach our members that there are opportunities to learn from every person, and in doing so, we foster positive friendship development in everything that we do.
Family
More than anything, the DeMolay Squires program is a family organization, bringing parents and sons together in a safe and secure environment where a son can grow confidence and friendships before their parent's eyes.

The DeMolay Squires community is a family in itself, providing advice, mentors, and friends that benefit both the parents and the child and fostering a community where everyone benefits.

Family matters, and in the DeMolay Squires program, it is central focus in everything that we do.
Mentorship
DeMolay Squires represents just the first step into the larger journey that DeMolay in Arizona can offer to any member.
​
Recognizing that boys need positive role models in addition to their parents to help reinforce positive values and good habits, DeMolay members in Arizona (12-20 year olds) interact with the Squires members (9-11 years old) on a regular basis, providing role models, friends, and mentors that complement existing parental values.

Mentorship from DeMolay to Squires develops confidence in
the Squires and leadership for our DeMolay, creating an all-inclusive organization where any young man between the ages of 9-20 can prosper and grow.
